DeulDigital POS is currently not accredited by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Businesses using our POS system must ensure compliance with BIR regulations. If you choose to use DeulDigital POS, you must either register it with the BIR or include the following disclaimer on receipts:
“This is not an official receipt. This document is not valid for claiming input tax.”
Additionally, businesses must ensure they have an Official Receipt and Sales Invoice available for tax and legal compliance.
All users will be included in any updates the company implements. Once we achieve BIR compliance, all users will be notified and will be part of the update.
We prioritize the confidentiality and security of your data. We will only access your account if you encounter technical issues that require our assistance. By requesting support, you consent to our technical team accessing necessary data to resolve the issue.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of DeulDigital POS aligns with applicable laws and regulations.
We are not liable for any legal implications arising from the misuse of the POS system.
Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the system may result in account suspension or termination.
Users must ensure the accuracy and security of their data. We are not liable for any lost documents or details resulting from user errors, including but not limited to accidental deletion, sharing credentials, or unauthorized third-party access.
Limitation: SMS Services – DeulDigital POS currently has limitations on SMS functionality, as we are still working on improving this feature. Users should not rely on SMS notifications for critical business operations at this time.
DeulDigital POS is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any losses incurred due to system failures, data loss, or unauthorized access. Users acknowledge that data integrity and backups remain their responsibility, and we do not guarantee the restoration of lost or deleted files caused by user actions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of DeulDigital POS constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
