Not everyone knows, but our love story began in the most unexpected place — online. We were young, still finding our way in the world, when a simple hello turned into long conversations that stretched into the night. What started as casual chats slowly grew into laughter shared across screens, dreams whispered in the dark, and a connection that felt surprisingly natural — even across the miles. Despite the distance and all the unknowns, we chose each other, again and again.

Over the years, our bond only deepened, quietly and beautifully — like a spring bloom after a long winter. We built a relationship on trust, friendship, and love that never asked too much, yet gave so much in return. Then, in December 2024 — seven years into our story — something magical happened. We reunited for a special trip, a cruise on the ship where Lloyd was working. On Christmas Eve, under a rainy and misty sky in Keelung, Taiwan, we hiked a quiet mountain trail to a hidden temple. Cold, wet, and wrapped in fog, we found a small clearing with a breathtaking view — and it was there, in that quiet, perfect moment, that he knelt down and asked me to be his wife.

Now here we are — planning our forever. Proof that love doesn’t need perfect timing or a perfect setting… just two hearts brave enough to grow together.
