I. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

Provide all required materials, including event details, gallery images, and any additional information necessary for the website's development, within one day of signing this Agreement.
Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for clarification from the Service Provider to ensure timely project completion.

II. OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RIGHTS

The Client will own the final Website upon full payment.
The Service Provider retains the right to showcase the website design in their portfolio or marketing materials unless the Client explicitly prohibits this in writing.
The Client may not resell, distribute, or claim ownership of the website template used to create the project.

III. REFUND POLICY

The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
If the project is cancelled after completion, no refunds will be issued.
Additional services or revisions requested outside the initial agreement are non-refundable.

IV. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service Provider will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website. The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all provided information.

V. POWERED BY DEULDIGITAL

The Client agrees that the completed Event Website will include a "Powered by DeulDigital" credit in the footer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

VI. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information and materials and will not disclose such information to third parties without written consent.

VII. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will compensate the Service Provider for work completed up to the termination date.

VIII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, whether written or verbal, regarding the services described herein.
